They double charged me. Air conditioning was broke. The hotel is old, musty smelling, and hot. The pool was not available, and there was no transportation from the airport to the hotel.

We were there for my husband’s birthday and the 4 th of July festivities.
Everyone went above and beyond to make it special. Gave us a room with a perfect view without having asked. The breakfast service was exceptional by staff that has been there over 20 years. Special kudos to our server Ramona. And a big thank you to Mayling the sales coordinator/manager. Old school hospitality.
So refreshing. The building is 74 years old and has so much character. She was a gem in her day and is still beautiful.
If walls could talk what tells they would tell.

Our room was clean and the bay view from our room was perfect.

The homeless people laying out front by the main entrance would harrass us from time to time when going in and out of the hotel. The outside looks run down which is probably what attracts the homeless.

I could write an essay but I have better things to do. Black mold in the lobby on the ceiling by the windows with the fake trees on them and mold on my dresserin my room.Mold smell coming from the vents in the room had my clothes smelling bad. Just overall a horrible stay. Falsely advertising that they have queen beds even called holiday Inn to confirm that they in fact had queen bed, I was told yes they did only to arrive to find out there is only double bed or king. If you book the free breakfast make note it is only for two people regardless the party size. There is a bunch of homeless people that hangout/sleep around the hotel make sure you keep the kiddos close by. I wish I could've stayed somewhere else but of course this place is no refunds & I see why. You will be bamboozled
