I didn’t like the room cleaning. The first night we requested the room to be cleaned and was not. The second night they cleaned the room but the side tables remained dusty and no toilet paper added to the bathroom.

Overall the place is nice and a very convenient location.
Negatives:
However, the staff lack knowledge about the hotel operations or just choose not to follow through.
We paid for breakfast via booking.com upon check-in no vouchers as supposed was given to us.
Day 1 breakfast was charged to the room, which I'm not paying for because front desk staff didn't informed of the voucher plus the kitchen staff from Day 1 wasn't kind enough to explain.
Only at Day 2 the kitchen staff update us to visit the front desk to request the vouchers.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room very comfortable and spacious, location also very convenient. I got the hotel to organise a car service for me and Julio the driver was absolutely fantastic- their rates are also very competitive.
Negatives:
Slow elevators at time; bottle of water would be a nice touch.

The rooms are clean and oh you will love the towels and soaps/shampoo/conditioner. Good value for what I paid.
Negatives:
Our room had mold growing on the outside windows (but to be fair it’s also hurricane season), and despite having the AC at 60 we had to sleep on the floor to get some air flow to cool down and used sheets to cover up. It might just be how hot it was that it can’t keep up.
