This is not a 5 star hotel. Looking to the price it is but the service is really bad. The staff really doesn’t care.

Very clean and the room spacious. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Prices at the happy hour reasonable.

Expensive parking. Would be convenient if they had a breakfast buffet option like JW Marriott.

Positives:
Location and view was great. That's about it. Way better 5 stars out there though.
Negatives:
The mini fridge did not work. Ran out of hot water on new years, making me late. Could not order room service since the phone in my room didn't work. Loose live wires next to the mini fridge. Staff at the restaurant was soft spoken and did not check up on guests like a good restaurant does. Also, some staff seemed passive aggressive. Also on the phone when booking I was being cut off when I talked to John and repeatly asked for my credit card without even asking me what I prefer first. Gave me no chance to talk. Furthermore, there was no hot tub.
