Positives: The staff were so accommodating we had a problem where we left our passports in the taxi that dropped us off at the hotel and the staff were amazing they helped us track down the driver and everything was returned. Without the staff’s help it would have been a terrible start to our holiday. Thank you to everyone who helped us and kept our minds at ease!
