Free parking, continental breakfast, air conditioning.

Overall cleanliness of building not good, old hotel and needs to be renovated. Mattress was old, television channels are limited. Toilet had to be flushed two or three times before it completely cleared. Maid only made bed and took away wet towels. Left fresh ones first day, other four days we had to get our own. Left us without soap one day, and never replaced the facial tissue we ran out of after first day. We had to get that too. Garbage cans not emptied the last two days. Floors (clic hardwood) not vacuumed once the five days we were there. By the end they were bad. Rear (most common used) entrance to property is an unmarked laneway, that took us an hour to notice after passing by it numerous times using GPS. It is actually a common entrance for four hotels side by side, and it needs to have signage erected by these facilities to show that this is the entrance for each of them. They are all in a really tough to navigate area, adjacent to a major 6-way intersection, that is a nightmare. Signage would have been a godsend, as the laneway is full of pot holes and was submerged in water the first two days we were there, so nobody would consider this as the entrance to these four places.

Room was great! Had everything we needed for our short stay (we had a 12 hour layover between flights). Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and even a lazy boy! Bed was comfy. Had really nice Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower too! Conveniently had an airport shuttle and was only eight minutes away from MIA. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so helpful and funny! Please give him a raise! :)
