When I arrived the two kids in the reception (they were basically kids) were either very tired or uninterested. They didnt seem to worry about solving anything.
The wifi never worked in spite of many people asking several time to fix it.
I was coming from a 1 week hiking trip from Canada, the first thing I asked was about the laundry. They told me the machines worked with coins. The washing machine worked fine but not the drying one. I asked them to try to fix it, they said “it is late but we will have ir for tomorrow morning” of course nobody fixed it and nobody dared to tell me or apologize. I had to go back 10 hours by plane with all my wet clothes in my luggage.
Come on! You are a hotel thats near the airport, and you are not the cheapest one. No wifi and no laundry? You can definitely do much better!
