Negatives: The staff was rude, there were literally low to zero facilities such as parking space was not enough, no wifi, the room service also didn’t happen even once in our 3 day trip.

Positives: The property was in a central Location.
Negatives: Night 1 we had urine stains all over the mattress… Night 2 we switched rooms and there was blood stains in the sheets… night 3 we switched rooms again and we examined the room the floors were dirty we moved the sofa and found candy paper under it with dust… we went to wash the sheets ourselves this night to have a good nights rest and stepped in dog poop in the stairwell on the way to the washier. The dryer took 3 hours to dry one set of sheets due to the dryer not putting out heat… we then mover forward to night 4 when the AC not in the bedroom area went out and no one came to fix it… night 5 we started to itch but day 6 early in the day we returned to find bugs crawling all over the floor and the AC unit leaking water all over the floor….we did speak with Victor the manager and was somewhat given a discount.. but I rate the housekeeping and cleanliness negative because even when they cleaned the room I had to go get the manager and show him that the floors were not swept, soap and toilet paper not restocked basically the housekeeper came in and made the bed and left…

Positives: Like the location, since we were going out in the area that night. The parking was horrible due to renovations. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Positives: The location was great. We were close to the malls - Dolphin, International Mall, Walmart. TARGET, Ross etc There was also nearby strip malls with Dunkin Donuts, nail salon, pizzeria etc When cleaned the room was cleaned well. They gave us extra comforters. Angel and Grabriel were very nice.
Negatives: There was no mention of the renovations happening. The lobby is no longer at the front of the building. The temporary lobby is the room where breakfast is served. This impacted Uber pickups as the pickup spot is set for the front lobby. The internet/wi-fi was horrible. It was on for a few seconds and then gone. Even the cable TV was impacted. If you have business meetings you will need to Hotspot or find a cafe nearby. There was no airport shuttle. You had to tell frontdesk you wanted your room cleaned. It was not daily automatically. The ac was cold but it kept noise like a small engine airplane. It kept cutting in and out during the night. Most employees did not speak English and didn't even want to listen to attempts of Spanish

Negatives: I were on the second floor this time the internet service were not so great the last time I were on the first floor I don't know if it makes a difference but everything else were great
