Delightful facility and gorgeous setting
Positives:
Check in was quick and easy. Location close to airport convenient. Clean room, and sound of planes taking off was muffled, so did not disturb much needed sleep.
Negatives:
While checking in a party was being prepped. The music was loud and obnoxious in the guest area/lobby area, actual rude to some degree. It was a bit disturbing at first to think we might have to hear the action. Our room was on the 7th floor so we were protected once we exited the lobby.
We needed to catch the early shuttle at 4:30am, so did several other groups. There was only one small shuttle being ran, so we had to wait for it to return, since a larger group jumped Infront of us and loaded up. A larger shuttle bus was in the parking area, but not in use. It would have been nice if the larger shuttle had been used, or another driver on hand.
