Red Roof PLUS+ Miami Airport

Negatives: The support was very bad. Examples: 1) I arrived at the airport expecting to use the hotel's shuttle. I arrived by 5am and waited until 7:20am, and no shuttle passed in the expected location. 1 day before, I had received a message confirming that a shuttle should pass from 06:00am on, every 30minuted, with the hotel name on it, but it wasn't true. By 6:20, I called the hotel to confirm the information, and the person said everything was correct and that I should keep waiting (He was not sympathetic at all, by the way). Finally, by 07:20am I asked for an uber and lately found out that the hotel's shuttle was not working 2) The parking is not included, and they charge you in person, USD11 per night - this was not clear at the reservation 3) They don't accept that the guest let the luggage at the hotel prior to the check-in, and they charge USD20 for the early check-in

Negatives: i didn't like the lobby when you enter it was smelly bad also the breakfast it was not breakfast because it was only waffles and coffee and a bunch of cakes the shuttle let me wait like an hour in the airport i have to call twice for the shuttle to come and it was smelly bad, the hotel look like people from welfare live in there because when i was in the lobby a guy was fighting a lady because money it was so ridiculous also they don't have a restaurant close to the hotel and only a burger van that open at 6 and the prices are to much I was thinking is those burgers have gold inside because the expensive they was I never go back to thas hotel and let me tell you about the two guys front desk in the afternoon one of them help and answer my questions but the other one it was like he doesn't like to answer nothing so rude.

Negatives: Nothing bad

Negatives: Breakfast was offered from 7am which is too late for us to benefit from it. No provision for grap-and-go/breakfast-bag for customer with early departing flights.

Negatives: The property needs maintenance, our bath tub was rusted and the floor and wall in the bathroom needs maintenance and towels and shower curtains were old.

Negatives: Common areas were dirty, dated and not well maintained. Barely any water pressure in the shower. Very noisy, I woke up several times during the night because of hallway or other rooms’ noise, due to the thin walls and poor insulation. I have stayed in other Red Roof hotels before and this was not up to their standards.

Negatives: The breakfast was not that good and doesn’t have many options
