Positives: Close to the airport. The shuttle staff is absolutely great

Negatives: The fact that you need to leave a 100$ deposit and it cannot be in cash, it has to be cc. The fact that they could not put the Sonesta member number in the reservation. When you ask about the shuttle times all they can answer is thry come and go, no set times. Staff behind reception with airpods in.
