Property is close to UM Hospital and other health facilities. The reason to stay here is to be close to these facilities, this is not a tourist destination.
Negatives:
The reception desk staff was efficient, they checked you in, they checked you out. They were not, however, friendly or welcoming. No smiles, no pleasant greeting. Given that many guests are staying there because they or a family member are or will be hospitalized, a friendly face would be nice.

TV in our room was missing a cable box which we reported and they didn’t fix therefore tv channels were extremely limited. Need to improve alot on breakfast offered. It was aweful. Dry Turkey sausage and cold eggs. Very limited breakfast items.
