There breakfast was very limited. They either had cereal without the milk, waffle mix without the syrup. It was just ridiculous. Constantly had to call housekeeping for towels and wash cloths. They were very limited on washcloths too.

The first room I was given smelled HORRIBLE! Had an overpowering smell of pat pee. The second room at first seemed fine but after about an hour also smelled bad. Seems the hotel is pet friendly and the rooms end up smelling like pee.

Housekeeping services were requested a few times but was only done on the 5th day of our stay. This only happened because we made a big issue about it. Washer and dryer needs to be repaired, only one was working.

We love the location. We enjoy the suites and the breakfast. The staff at the breakfast is great. Weve stayed here about 6 times.

When I checked into my room I found a face clothe stuffed into the sink. I removed it. After that I was finding a cockroach in the sink everyday. Im now thinking someone stuffed the face clothe down there to stop the bugs.
