Housekeeping does a very poor job. Reserved a king suite about three weeks in advance which should have been more than enough time for them to have the suite ready for guests.
1. Bathroom smelled like urine
2. No towels
3. No trash bags in neither of the three trash cans
4. No pots in the room ( I bought food just not to have pots which it said the room would have)
I feel like it was ridiculous for such a nice place to have this many inconveniences for one guest, not to mention my friend also had a room and the dishes were dirty.

Positives:
Very good selection of breakfast items, we enjoyed making fresh waffles. The location was excellent with respect to the airport, but less so when wanting to experience Miami. Traffic in that city is horrible.
Negatives:
We had to leave very early in the morning and would have liked some take-along breakfast option. We informed up front so made other arrangements, but it could have been a great bonus.
I understand the environmental and economical benefits of large packages of toiletries in the room, but they appeared expired, This should be checked, The body lotion bottle expressed a watery liquid, the conditioner as well. The showergel was good and the only one we really needed.
