Great potential - big and spacious apartment with all the equipment required, great location.
Negatives:
Firstly - know that the only parking at the hotel is a VALET parking and you'll be charged $55 PER NIGHT !! that we were not aware of and it did not show in the booking confirmation. The hotel was not willing to do anything!! We think that both booking and the hotel are responsible for this information to be known as it is A LOT of money to be added. In addition - the air conditioning was broken and at the second day we changed a room and in the new one the telephone was not working and was not fixed until the end of the stay and requests were not taken care of and the room was not cleaned daily.

Great location, beautiful property
Negatives:
I dint have a TV connection for the first night and then it was fixed later in the night if the second night I was there. Since I checked in called five times with the promise to send someone and nothing. Finally the next day after calling twice had to go down to the concierge service to have it fixed…..still when I came back nothing. We literally had to either gives us a new room or fix it……that’s when they finally sent someone. I’m still waiting for my deposit.

Directly across from the Bayside Market Place. Lots to do, even took a boat tour. The hotel is breath taking and the room was gorgeous. I'll definitely stay again.

Fanatastic spacious apartments, comfy beds, three well appointed bathrooms and huge balconies with a bay view.
Negatives:
The service on the desk was a little slow and charged me twice when I had already paid in full via the Booking app. When I noticed the double charge the duty manager refused to issue a refund so had to sort it out direct with the booking agent.
