The staff was very friendly. Excellent attitude.
Negatives:
We got to the hotel and checked in late do to delayed travel. We were unable to stay as we discovered there was bed bugs in our room. The front desk clerk was unable to give us another room because they were sold out. She tried to call a sister hotel but was not able to secure us a room.

Coffee is OK. not noisy outside area. airport is 18 min to drive. shoppings 5-15 min.
Negatives:
Breakfast only from 6:30 to 9:00?? not enough time. my family missed all breakfasts. to get muffins need to come before 8:30. rooms are really small and old. not clean. windows were very dirty. carpet was wet and smelly. not enough kitchen tools and cutlery. need to ask beddings for sofa (got 1 linen, 1 fleece covering). sofa was very old and not comfortable to sleep. after opening the sofa, no room to move in living room. small pool area between parking and house. do not expect any relaxing space.
