Negatives:
we had an issue with our room. Early in the morning. smoke from a neighboring room using an appliance incorrectly filled our room. We had to wake up at 6 AM with our little child and leave because the air was just too smoky to breathe, and the strong smell stuck around, making it impossible to stay there. Management provided no support. only two hours later we were able to talk to the general manager, who refused to compensate us for this incident.
