Negatives: The arrivals. - Long waiting time for the shuttle at the airport and way too over crowded. People were seated on other people laps!!! What if there was an accident??? - No one was at the front desk and we were at least 12 people waiting on line… I think the front desk attendant went looking for a package but could not find it.
