DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
We lasted 5 minutes. Pulling into the parking was an experience, looked like a place where you would go to make a drug deal. We did not feel safe. Walking to our room I noticed that the hallway carpet was lifting and a a foul odor was detected. Once we entered the room the smell of cleaner and mold was over powering. We could not adjust the air conditioning and there were black specks on the bed. My husband and I are extremely allergic to mold in the five minutes of being in the room we knew we had to vacate. I asked the girl for a refund and she stated that she would have to talk to the management that was not there. We left and have yet to receive a refund.

The property was spotless and it smelled clean. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen area had everything to accommodate cooking and cleaning if necessary. They also had a comfortable desk, computer chair and an extra desk to work from the bed or couch. It was very quiet too, so working there was even better than working at the office.

If you need to stay...
Positives:
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Full kitchenette and friendly employees. Good location for our trip to the Everglades north and south entrances. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

The walls are very thin and only plastic utensils for breakfast.
