Location was pretty good, we walked easily to the center and Little Havana and it seemed a safe and good neighborhood.
Negatives:
Breakfast was very poor. Only processed foods with lots of sugar. No vegetables.
AC in the first room was starting by itself during the night making lots of noise and waking us up. After 3 unslept nights we moved to another room that was ok.
Elevator - there was only one working elevator out of 2 and you had to wait long times to use it. Most of the time I took the stairs (8th floor)

Great location in Brickell neighborhood. Easy to walk to restaurants or night life. Hotel was quiet. Reimbursement for using the valet service since we were staying on property..
Negatives:
Elevator issue on arrival, only 1 was working. It was incredibly slow. Breakfast is included. But wasn't anything worth mentioning. Even for standard fair, it was VERY standard.
