I had no phone it didn't work and I let them know and response was we'll deal with it in the morning. Ummm no what if it's an emergency. I felt unsafe. And there was stains on shades and curtain. It felt stuff in there, very outdated, bathroom mildew I had to get cleaning products and deal with it because it was late and one night only

The room was spacious, but not very modern in terms of amenities. It was obvious it was an apart-hotel before being taken over by the W and many remnants of it are still present (e.g. - the ventilation system over where the stove/hob used to be). Otherwise, it is a nice location within walking distance of restaurants and other social venues.
Negatives:
The rooms are somewhat outdated, and the bathroom was very very dark (not in a sensual way, but in a way that says "we need more light in here").
