Positives:
I usually stay at YOTEL Miami when I'm about to embark on a cruise. I often travel alone so I do feel safe at this hotel. It's really nice and I am always comfortable when I stay. Really good value for the price.
Negatives:
I don't know if it's just me but the front desk staff have never been that welcoming in my opinion. They were never rude but they are eager to help especially with questions that they think are simple fo you to understand.
