I liked that I was close to everything i didn’t have to travel too far the hotel is really nice my room was smaller than I expected but it was still nice

The front desk staff a little bit rude not all of them, but it wasn’t too bad I didn’t have to bring the Chicago outta me, my room could have been checked twice on the cleanliness side but it wasn’t nothing too crazy

I’d stay here again if...
Positives:
The staff was amazing and very accommodating and attentive. The bartender by the pool was really helpful and kind when trying to make a virgin drink for my daughter. The person at the front desk noticed that I had been waiting a while and came and spoke with me and got me checked in. My bags were taken to the room right away. The young lady at the front desk stopped what she was doing to help me get my bags when they were “stuck” on the elevator when housekeeping saw us she stepped in to help as well. You have a wonderful staff.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t all that clean. There was only one washcloth and one face towel in the room with 2 people. The bathroom door would not close. There was a lady in the lobby cursing and acting “extra” and no one said anything to her. People were out front smoking weed when we arrived. I don’t care about people indulging but it does not scream family friendly.
