It was a nice place in a crowded area.

I didn’t like that the staff/receptionist lied to me about canceling my stay there. They lied saying they called me and no one ever did. She lied about leaving a voice mail. I showed them that I had NO missed call from them. I showed her I didn’t have a voice message. I also didn’t like that they transferred us to a different hotel 10 minutes in the other direction. The receptionist had an attitude the whole time she was assisting me.
