The location is nice, close to restaurants or stores. Driving distance (5 min) to public beach where you can see a beautiful sunset. Very nice and clean swimming pool.

The location was great for its value. The breakfast was also fresh and better than other hotel breakfasts Ive had. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly. Definitely coming back here when I visit Naples again!
Negatives:
All of the following couldve been fixed with a phone call, but still annoying a call was necessary. There were a lot of toiletries that were not kept up to date. The hand and shower soap bottles were empty when we got there (we called in and had them replaced). By the time two people used the shampoo, the bottle was running low as well. When I took out a tissue like 5 tissues came out at once and the box was empty which meant it was not a new box but set up to look like a new one. There was also only one roll of toilet paper which is odd for a hotel. There were also some small flaws to the room which wouldve been nice to see fixed like cleaning the vent in the bathroom.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. Mostly carbohydrate offerings. No breakfast sausage. Coffee did not taste good.
Negatives:
Beds were not comfortable. Big pit in the middle of one mattress. My duvet was yellow underneath the cover they put over it. The cover did not stay on. Pillow choices were all soft. Sheets were scratchy. No ways basket in the bathroom. Ice machines were not working on all levels. Was not told the Wi-Fi password upon checking in. No TV guide. Television didn't work properly. Never going back.
