Negatives: Lack of consistent housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights arranged housekeeping for the third day. No one showed up. We went to the desk and picked up our own towels. We were paying $320 a night housekeeping should be better. Also the eggs and oatmeal were disappointing.

Negatives: We didn't like the message that we received, a few days before our arrival, notifying us about the requirement of masks. In the state of Florida, a business isn't allowed to require one. Please read Florida Statute, Section 381.00316 that states businesses may not require any person to wear a face covering in order to gain access to, entry upon, or services from the business. We debated if we still wanted to keep our reservation. However, once we got there, we were relieved that we were not going to have to debate anyone over it. In fact, no one was wearing a mask. I would suggest that you stop sending out these messages, especially in the state of Florida, where it's not allowed. In our room, I would have liked an actual coffee pot, or even a Keurig machine. We also would have liked more towels/washcloths in the room when you check in.
