the desk clerk was very rude at check in then there was a baseball tournament there and we could not even get to the pool. the room was hot the door lock mechanism was messed up. I have stayed on other occasions, and it was a lot better.

All rooms are pet friendly. The room smelled like animals had urinated and carpet had stains. Hotel needs to be updated.

The breakfast was very bland! My room was clean, but it had ROACHES! I told the front desk and they said that they would have someone to spray, but no one sprayed. I got large trash bags and tied our belongings in the trash bags.

Everything was filthy. The room had obviously not been cleaned. The shower had hair in it, the bed had sticks (Yes, from a tree) under the covers, the floor turned my socks black, and I was too tired to care or raise an issue. I just sleep in a chair.

Black mold on ceiling in bathroom over toliet leaking water in bathroom with enough amount of mold they keep covering room 202 then moved into another room that literally smelled pretty bad. I would of thought I would be reimbursed my money.

Price was great, Staff were helpful and courteous and Guest were very friendly, Felt safe and comfortable, Hotel was clean would recommend this hotel to alone visiting this area, I sure will again. Keep up the good work!

The breakfast was not healthy. Im vegetarian, so, I was not able to partake . White bread, unhealthy cereals, white flour bagels and muffins are not part of ones diet if theyre vegetarian. Also, there was only black tea and coffee. Herbal teas would have been greatly appreciated.
