Location is marvelous for everything you need. Staff is excellent, and the rooms are clean. The pool is wonderful and plenty of space for multiple people to enjoy without being on top of each other. Everyone is friendly, even if there is a language barrier.

I will rate every rsvp I had here because this people lie and lie, yes they have a rule that they don’t accept locals however they were very rude explaining and yes they told me that they don’t rent to locals because we are the worse guest destroying the property. I will leave every feedback for each of my stays sorry if you disagree but as a guest that’s how I was treated and nothing will change that. Locals stay away they don’t deserve your business and I was denied to stay here after many stays before , so is my rights to say how I felt and was treated regardless of what you think and write to denied the situation. Yes This hotel thinks that we the locals are the worse guest therefore they don’t accept locals within 30 miles. Happy to spend my money somewhere else.

Very clean, close to Universal and easy to get Uber to Hard Rock for a 5 minute walk to Universal. Beds were comfy and nice and quiet at night.

Positives:
The location is excellent. It is a 20-minute walk to City Walk from the hotel. Several restaurants, fast food, and Walgreens are within walking distance but not evident from the hotel. They offer a shuttle service, but we did not use it. There is no resort fee. There were minor issues with the room: the security latch was not on the door, and the in-room phone did not work (they offered to send someone up to fix it, and I declined). A fridge in your room and a microwave are available by the fitness center. There is an outdoor pool. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Well all the AC units leak on the wall path and had puddles and drips on you when you walk down the stairs, the hot tub is not hot at all and they said it's at the highest setting which was the same Temp of the pool.

I was unable to get into the room after I dropped my first load of personal items. It took a maintenance man over an hour to get the door to open. It was hot, I had no way of purchasing something to drink since my belongings were inside. I could not leave to go to the front desk because I had another bag with me. The guy kept going back and forth and spoke no English. I was unable to communicate with him to say I was going to go to the desk. He also kept saying un momento which led me to believe it would only take a minute to fix. The situation was ridiculous especially since I worked all day and was tired and hungry. My food and drink was inside the room. There was also NO HOT WATER.
