Tamara at the front desk was amazing and super nice. She personally delivered extra linens to our room before she went home for the night. The breakfast was great and different each day! Very quiet and pleasant! Free shuttle to theme parks. All of the staff were helpful and nice. It’s also dog friendly (with a $50 fee) but worth it! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Since the property is aged…It could use an update. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. But it just forced me to take a nice “longer” hot shower, which was fine with me!!

The property is very clean and safe. They have a great complimentary breakfast and have ice water available in lobby with citrus and another with cucumber etc all the time. The pool area is nice with a smaller sized pool and hot tub.
Negatives:
I would like if they had more comfortable seating outside where you are supposed to smoke between the fence to the pool and the door. the front benches are near the only entrance doors and felt uncomfortable smoking and trying to relax out there as well. Not really that big of deal..should quit anyhow.

It wasn't loud on our floor, and the room was clean as well as comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and it was busy but you could still get what you wanted.
Negatives:
We asked for late checkout, which we were given. However, we had the cleaning crew knocking on our door every 15 to 20 minutes, including trying to open the door with the do not disturb sign on the door (which the asst. Mgr. at the front desk told us to put on the door so we wouldn't be bothered by housekeeping). We were on the last day of our trip and I really wanted my daughter to be able to relax and get some rest before we finished our day and traveled home (but that didn't happen).
