Positives:
The staff was friendly, the location was great for our event, and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing.
Negatives:
The floors in our room had large brown stains, the sofa bed had a large yellow stain on it, the bedroom door had hand prints and marks on it (maybe blood, grease, oil), the bed had hair and other particles on the sheets after being pulled back, our babys hands and feet were black after crawling on the floor for just a few minutes, and the bathroom had strings of hair hanging from the ceiling.
