The lobby was nice and breakfast had quite a few options.
Negatives:
We had ants in our first room, our AC went out and my husband had to go down to the front desk at 12am to ask for a fan. We were told twice that someone would be up first thing in the morning to get the AC fixed or at least looked at. We spent the ENTIRE day at Disney world only to come back and find out that no one ever actually came and looked at the AC. We ended up having to switch rooms late that evening. There were no discounts given for the inconvenience of the ants or AC.

The location, the hotel, and my suite were clean & comfy. The breakfast and evening social were really enjoyable. The front desk personnel and staff were professional and attentive to its guess. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Breakfast choices was a pleasant surprise, something for everyone, I think that was the best part of our stay !

My two smh moment was pulling out the couch-bed to find a layer of peanuts scattered on top and felt a little bit ignored when checking out the person was on the phone, obviously busy, but never once looked up and motion I'll be right with you or even a gesture/ smile. Only one person was working at that time
