Location was decent to major connection.
Negatives:
My flight arrived at 9:30, got to the rental hopped in the car about 10:10 and arrived at the hotel around 10:45. The check-in desk was closed, apparently opened until 10:00. Wish that information was stated online prior to booking. I called the hotel’s customer services number three times for assistance and finally someone showed up at 1:00 to check me in. By that time I’m tired, hungry and the elevator was out of service to get to the third floor.
