.large stinky dogs smell of pot and cigarette smoke front and back door many couples screaming at night no trashcan in room ..matrices old needs replaced got my reservation mixed up with another guest large woman at desk should not be at the front desk I will never be back ..luggage cart does not drive correctly needs replaced young black man at desk in the a.m was wonderful with guest service plays soft jazz at the desk my diet turned black from dirty floor in room woman verbally abusing two small children in room 3 doors down for hours in the morning most everything see abive

The room was filthy and had roaches. The burners did not work. The beds were broken and off the frame. No one cleans the hallways. There were smashed up pretzels in the hallway for 3 days and no one vacuumed. The only thing “cleaned” in the common areas was the trash was taken out. The common areas were also incredibly hot, think 80 degrees. We used the onsite laundry where you pay to launder clothes. Someone threw gum in our laundry and ruined our clothes.

Front desk staff were never actually at the front desk and when they were they were not friendly. The giant garbage cans for the hallways are located right at the elevator doors so the hallways and the elevators smelled like trash. My room was located right across from the elevator door so my room smelled disgusting. I come back work convention all day to find that the toilet in my room was filled to the seat with brown fecal water. They were accommodating about that, they willingly moved me to a new room. The new room was just as dirty. Lowkey I want a refund of some sort.

The room to much dust , the bathroom zinc has hot water no warm water , the microwave not working , the towel services no good , some employees with not good attitude, few times ask for towels and they don't give me clean ones . Good price but not good service with the guests.

Once again, this property is bad. Do not say here with your family. There was people in the parking lot doing illegal drugs. The bathroom was disgusting. The pullout couch had old blood on it.

Everything else. Room was not even close to what was pictured. Half the lights didnt work. The couch was shredded on one arm. Tub was rusted all over the drains and handles. The door lock was super glued in. And any extra glue wound up on the table top.
