Positives:
The room is a good size, there's burners so you can cook food and the facility provides cooking equipment. There's also a full fridge and microwave. The pool is nice, there's a comfortable homey feel, and the day-time staff is a pleasure! The location is great, super close to everything I needed, and I felt safe there. It's also quiet at night, which I appreciated because my neighbors were very loud all day.
Negatives:
The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, the pillows were not great, the couch should be replaced, and the room could have been cleaned a lot better. We actually cleaned the room before we settled in. Our bathroom door had a huge hole in it, and there was this strong smell in the unit and on the pillows like someone's perfume or something. Our neighbors next door were screaming and fighting every day, and their kids would be screaming crying while being screamed at by a man. One day, it got a little scary, and we heard fighting and kids crying and walls being banged on. I'm assuming they live there, but the facility should really look into that it was an everyday thing. The woman working the night shift had the worst attitude and was clearly annoyed that she had to do her job. She gave my husband attitude when he asked for new sheets for the pull out couch and a broom. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting she shouldn't be there dealing with people if that's the attitude she's going to have.

This establishment needs work, friendlier staff for sure there were 2 amazing staff members that we enjoyed, but the rest were very rude.
Negatives:
it took us 1.5 hours just to get checked in at the hotel because of technical issues then receptionist was very rude afterwards. also, the fact that this establishment also had roaches on the 2nd floor.

Nothing. It has roaches, broken cabinets and the sofa bed mattress had blood stain. Door was already unlocked when we got to room. Room was switched and no bed in sofa couch and was told oh well. I asked for a full refund and left. I had to sleep in my car because I was out of my city for. Business meeting
