Overall the stay was good. I like Hampton inn.
The breakfast is always hot. Just wish there was a greater selection. Maybe egg whites for health conscience customers. I know a particular dish that I like is rice, eggs, bell peppers, onions etc mixed up into like a one-pot meal- that would be fantastic.
Negatives:
2 things-
1. I really wish the shower in the rooms came with a shower wand rather than just a fixed shower head. It would help those with special needs to care for themselves better.
2. It would be nice if parking was free. Would encourage the website to go a step further for their customers - if you're sending the hotels the business they should be catering to you a little bit and allowing some of the amenities that would normally be charged for - to be free of charge.
This would result in a greater and much broader customer base for both the website and the hotels themselves. If people knew they could only get some amenities free of charge on booking.com and would be charged on other websites - it's obvious who they're going to use when they need to book their next hotel stay.
