The breakfast was fantastic, so many choices! A large variety of hot and cold foods to choose from, ranging from eggs, sausage, waffles, already prepared oatmeal, potatoes, cereals, different choices of muffins, bagels, several different types of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, and so much more. The coffee was really good, and they also offered different teas, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice as well as other juices. It was really nice!! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to the hospital, Orlando Health. We could see it from the hotel. The hotel is also next to downtown Orlando, Dr Phillips, and the Kia Center. Great location!!
Negatives:
We absolutely loved everything, down to the convenience of parking. If there is one complaint its very minor. I just wish the pool would have been heated. Went to go for a swim and the water was too cold, but that wasnt an issue.

I loved the centrality of it's location as well as closeness to the event I was attending .

I didnt like how the chairs were in the rooms. I think that the facility could do a better job to clean them as you could visible see stain marks all over the chairs. Maybe a deep clean.

The check in process was tedious - claimed I didn't prepay for room even though I showed them my email receipt. Told me to have a seat even when I explain kids where in car. Trying to get into lot for parking and key didn't work had to wait several minutes for someone to answer and let me in all while being accosted by homeless outside hotel.

The hotel over-preformed on our expectations. The staff at check-in and the hot breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The location was minutes away from The Kia Center! Five Stars!!!
