The TV was nice and large. It was nice to have a real Keurig in the room but a small pain to have to brew my own coffee. Bathroom lights were bright and nice for makeup application.

Sheets wrinkled on one bed. Made me suspect they weren't changed between customers. Other bed was fine. Rug between beds visibly dirty. Hallway tiles on 1st floor and elevators were dirty. No fresh coffee vats at entrance like other hotels, charged for it

This was a amazing deal. Staff was so nice and shuttled us where we needed to go. So pleased with this hotel experience.

Feather pillows. Didn't realize I was allergic time late so had to call for cotton pillows. The staff brought them up as quickly as possible.

Arrived very late and had to call for shuttle twice. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle and the exhaust fumes inside shuttle van were bad. Driver very rude.Arrived at hotel and clerk didnt even greet us.just asked for is and gave us key

The property was under construction, and we couldnt access the amenities due to half the hotel being under renovations. $200 a night to sleep is a lot of money when you cant access what you paid for.

The shutlle service and the front desk girl! The breakfast were the best weve got during our 10 days trip!!! 10/10 for the breakfast!
