Front clerk was helpful, needed a blanket and he brought it to our room promptly.

The mattress was horrible, stiff, hard. Pillows were worst, different sizes and not even medium firm. Slept flat on a hard mattress all night. There was no hand soap to wash hands.

This hotel was very pretty and comfortable. I think it is new, or recently renovated. The staff was very helpful with every inquiry we had during our stay. We used the complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport, which was very convenient. They have a car every 30 minutes. You only need to arrange with the reception beforehand to make sure they reserve a spot for you. In addition, there are a few restaurants nearby within walking distance.
They fitness center is small, but equipped with newest cardio line of Technogym. A few light dumbbells and kettlebells were also present.

The agent at the desk the next morning was not nice and sarcastic. I asked if there was a free breakfast. Her response was that this IS NOT THE HAMPTON INN. I did not appreciate that at all.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly appreciate that staff added the food. So many buffets in hotels have patrons fill their own plates. I think that is unsanitary.
Negatives:
Coffee cups did not have lids.
Pool could close earlier. I think it closed at 10 pm. With a very early flight it was difficult to rest with music and children playing.
