the only thing that this hotel has going for it is , it is near universal

it’s VERY out dated , furniture is all scratched up , no usb in the room and when i asked , they brought me an extension cord , i have stayed at this hotel before, it has had a lot of wear and tear in the last few years , we stayed in the suite , it had a microwave and fridge but no glasses
My son bought out of the vending machine and the items were stale

The humidity in the rooms was so bad the sheets were moist. We had a hard time breathing, between the humidity and the strong dirty smell. To complete our night we had no hot water in the shower!!

We arrived at the hotel and when we entered the room the whole room was full of hairs in the shower, pillows and bed.
In addition, the sheets were dirty with blood stains and there was a bad smell in the room and mosquitoes and flies.
The room was not clean and was not suitable for sleeping and entertaining people.
We had to leave the day before and we also received unpleasant service from the hotel receptionist.
I would like to receive a full refund for one night and compensation for the heartache we experienced that night.
