The family rooms are great and well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster and even plates and cutlery. Also there is a laundry room to do your own washing with washing machines and dryers.
Negatives:
Limited breakfast variety. No Espresso only American coffee. Expensive overnight parking $35/day.

The staff was very nice....
Positives:
The location was amazing if you want to visit Lake Eola or downtown. It is about a 15minute walk from the Sunrail Station and a few minutes walk from the lake and downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. They provided plates and cups and a fridge and a moveable table and tv. The bathroom was very nice and good water pressure for the shower. The staff were nice upon check-in and checkout. The view one the rooftop pool was really nice.
Negatives:
TV wasn't a smart tv, couldn't watch Netflix or other streaming services. The breakfast was mostly just reheated frozen items, which they seemed to have a hard time keeping stocked. The pool is very small, just a little bigger bathtub.
