Positives:
Very clean property with courteous and extremely hospitable staff. Especially great location for Universal Theme Park visits. Small but ample gym and pool. A very large common dining area for the included breakfast - which was important because there were lots of people at breakfast, but it was comfortable and not the least bit crowded. The shuttle buses to and from the Universal Theme Park were perfect: ample frequency and always on time. And the free parking for guests "sealed the deal" and will bring us back again in the future.
Negatives:
The food selection for breakfast was not very good: tasted OK, but very little variety. In our bathroom, one vanity drawer handle and one of the shower door handles came off in our hands when we first arrived, but it was no big deal for them to be repaired.
