We had to switch rooms after check in due to a broken pull out. The staff apologized and made the switch quickly which was appreciated. The new room was out of soap and shampoo

The breakfast staff moved my rating way down. The ladies were NASTY with EVERYONE. I asked if they had milk for hot tea (I'm British we drink tea) the response I got was very rude! This made me watch them during my meal and they continued with others.

The room was incredibly clean and smelled amazing . When we opened the door we were hit with a citrus scent that was so clean and inviting.
