Location and room. Breakfast was good. Staff were courteous.
Negatives:
The hotel charged me for the stay even if it was already prepaid with Booking. Now I need to file a dispute with my credit card for the incorrect charge. This is such a huge hassle for me as it will take a while for this to get settled.

The staff from the breakfast buffet, rude @ breakfast time. Its not what you say but how you say it and WE are from ARUBA and we speak 4 languages. We understood what she said
