Location was perfect for us. Paying for parking is not so good.
Negatives:
Bedding very poor quality and didn’t fit. Deep mattress with topper meant sheet did not stay on - uncomfortable disturbed sleep. No room cleaning for whole stay. Bed is made and towels replaced every other day. If staff aren’t going to brush / vacuum floors they should include something in room to DIY.

They put a security hold of$525 dollars on my debit card and never got my refund back to my account i got scam on top of that my room was already prepaid another thing is that they need to upgrade the furniture in the rooms everything is sooo dated it wasn't what I expected to be i feel like over pay for the room never again worst experience ever just want to warn people about scam with debit or credit card be careful

I don't remember the name, but we were very well received upon arrival by the Concierge, who promptly provided us with a room, kindly accommodating our early arrival. This was truly very rewarding.
Especially enjoyed the hotel's Wednesday happy hour, with beer, wine, and snacks included. It was really great.
Special thanks to PAOLA, who is truly very attentive and polite, always willing to help.

Comfortable stay, clean and modern suite. Friendly and professional staff. Yummy hot breakfast, lots of good options. Maybe not a lot of gluten free or vegan options.

Didn't like the $75 per day incidental hold fees. Wasn't expecting the $150 for two days on my credit card. I see this new charge as unnecessary and inconvenient. giving a credit card just in case of additional charges is expected. Should only be charged as necessary.
