They did not give professional notice of construction being done, and would have known at check in. My vehicle was damaged and management never contacted me to make this issue right. The contractor said it was the hotel's issue not theirs. I am left with major damage to my truck. Not happy at all on the way this situation was handled. I would have moved my truck had I been aware of the construction. Then I was blocked in and had to move all kinds of crap to get my truck to a better place and empty the bed of debris that was thrown down into it.

There was some maintenance work to the roof which shut off some parking areas. This didn’t reflect on the hotel as it was excellent and I would still highly recommend it.

The best hotel
Positives:
Breakfast was great with healthy sugar free options such as chia pots and overnight oats. The room was clean and spacious for the four of us and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The initial room we were given wasn’t what we’d booked meaning our teenage children had to sleep together for the first night. This was frustrating after a long flight and meant we had to repack and move the following morning with no compensation offered. The gym had a Peloton bike but it wasn’t connected to the internet and no-one knew how to connect it, rendering it useless. We were directed to the Hilton across the car park who also had a Peloton in their gym but this too couldn’t be connected to the internet. They’ve clearly invested in good equipment without training their staff which is annoying.

The suites have been recently renovated, so they are fresh. Decor is really nice. Swimming pool open to 10pm which I thought was great if you wanted to swim after the parks. Bus available to bring to parks 3 times in am drop back 3 times pm. Staff were friendly.
