TV and remote didn't work. Homeless people were being evicted by police when we arrived. Only one elevator was working. Garbage was stacked up in the hallway. It felt as though they rent weekly to homeless people, very uncomfortable about security. No key needed to enter unsecured doors. Will not stay there again.

The staff was not very helpful. After getting in really late we were 20 min late for breakfast and they were not accommodating. Had to go spend another $40 at Denny's down the street. No soda for sale. Would not accept cash for $3 purchase. Was told at check in for airport shuttles after 11 am, to ask for one 15 min before needed. When we went to do this we were then told they ran on hour, so we had to get an Uber.
