Positives: The location was good, and the price was reasonable. The pool is great, clean and warm.

Negatives: I didn't like breakfast, especially the eggs. The menu was the same every day. We didn't get any housekeeping service in our three nights and four days at the hotel. The staff was nice except Paul, who was rude.

Positives: Quiet, pet friendly for our cat.

Negatives: Requested room with recliner for handicapped wife, cannot lay flat and could not get up on the high bed. Was told there was not a recliner in the room but a 2 set sofa where legs would kick out like a recliner by staff. Not so. This was a short stay due to cast iron pipe repair throughout the house. I had to run home and get a long my pillow for her to sit on sideways and prop pillows behind her. Still uncomfortable and miserable. If only there were a recliner as requested.

Negatives: It's a basic place in the end. There are seemingly constant little breakdowns (like elevators broken, breakfast not fully there, water everywhere in the main walkway, paperwork check in not there etc), which eat out points from the total and how great the place could be.

Positives: Close to the airport. The room was clean.

Negatives: TV and remote didn't work. Homeless people were being evicted by police when we arrived. Only one elevator was working. Garbage was stacked up in the hallway. It felt as though they rent weekly to homeless people, very uncomfortable about security. No key needed to enter unsecured doors. Will not stay there again.
