Despite what I explained up...
Positives:
The front desk gentleman was friendly and very nice. I like that coffee or tea is available anytime and breakfast included in our stay. I also liked that there was a washer and dryer for guest to use.
Negatives:
The floor above us was very creaky and noisy. The guests staying in the room above us walked heavy footed and they didn’t settle down until after midnight, which made getting to sleep very difficult.
