A good hotel to visit...
Positives:
The TVs in the small building are great. The gym is awesome. And the beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
The coffee machine was broken. Not as much parking at the small building.

The la Quinta policy of taking $100 dollars in cash as your deposit is rather a backward post covid policy( yes, it did exist!!).
Not impressed for such a large company ,like most rental businesses ,a hold of an amount on a credit card is normal and deducted should there be any problems ,not deducted from the credit as a matter of course and then returned at your leisure which i believe was the other option.

Excellent location and rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms were also modern and in excellent condition. Good amount of parking on site. Check in staff were polite and professional.
Negatives:
Breakfast was very poor and limited in choices and the seated area was crowded and completely inadequate to support the number of guests.
check in was unnecessarily longer than needed to be as the hotel was obsessed with 4 pages to sign to include a $100 damage and $250 smoking penalty even though it hasn't been an issue and such occurrences were rare.
