Between Tuesday, Jun 25th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Jun 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Jun 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Excellent hotel for universal. It’s a bit pricy but the connivance of the park being so close by makes it worth it. Plus you get express tickets which were really handy as we never queue more than 20 mins for a ride other than Hagrid as this ride doesn’t include that. Universal aside, this is still a lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds, excellent staff and great restaurants. Would highly recommended.

Positives: We stayed for one night to go to Universal parks - great location and the fast passes for the parks are a great bonus. Restaurants looked amazing but we didnt dine in. Room was lovely and bathroom lovely and clean

Negatives: We had to wait until 4.30pm to check in which was a little annoying.

Negatives: Food for Vegetarians very very limited Tuk Tuk cafe mostly packed and coffee is super below average No choice of food or breakfast such egg n cheese or hashbrown muffins Room is quite small and very difficult got family of 4 to manage Stuff were not friendly and grumpy mostly - maybe its the crowd
