I was there with my handicap fiancé nowhere on the website that it stated all occupants must have an ID at check in time, therefore leaving my handicap fiancé stranded because his transportation had left All of his ID was destroyed on March 9 in the accident that Rim handicap I rented the room so he could be able to take a shower. Our home facilities was not equipped and Motel 6 had a roll in shower. I have no problem, following rules if they have been stated on the website.
